Job Description

Responsibility:  
● To provide technical support to clients via Email, Chat and Telephone.   ● Troubleshooting Hosting Server / Email / Database issues and other  technical issues
● To use, create and update knowledge-base articles for effective technical  support to client   ● To coordinate with Data center / ISP for resolution of technical issues.
Basic Requirements
:   ● Graduate (B.Sc.IT / BCA / BE / B.Tech preferred)​ with minimum 60% marks in  all standards (10​th​, 12th & Graduation) ​with excellent written & spoken  communication skill.

1 -3 years’ experience of working in a reputed Datacenter / Hosting  company / BPO in India and providing technical support related to software  services or hosting related services 
● Desirable skills, but not mandatory:  a. Fairly good knowledge of Domain Name / DNS, Hosting / Email /  Database servers, SSL Certificates etc. Good awareness of CPanel,  Plesk /Helm Control Panel, WHMCS etc. 
  ● Peoples Person, Team Player, Confident and Career Oriented
